sharp_shooter
I can offer a couple solutions but I cant guarantee anything working. 1st try to reinstall gmod and CSS/ whatever other steam games you have. WITHOUT ADDONS 2nd type this into advanced launch options of steam for gmod "-dxlevel 81" without the qoutations obviously. This forces it to run on a lower direct X version. 3rd try to run it in a window, theres a command for it but i'm too lazy to look it up. You're on your own for that one. 4th Truthfully it's likely a conflicting add-on so go into your gmod folder and delete all your gmod stuff and reinstall fresh. 5th wait for someone with an actual understanding of these things to help you. 6th ??? 7th profit.
