There's a white screen pop up that says " SecuLauncher: failed to start application. [2000]" Does anyone know how to fix this? Go to you games directory.(C:\Program Files (x86)\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto IV) 2. Find LaunchGTAIV.exe 3. Right click the file and select Run As Administrator. 4.
