escXtc Posted May 1, 2013 Share Posted May 1, 2013 In the month of March I was charged $15.00 on March 5 and then another $15 on March 26....Then on April 2 another $15 charge and then again on April 25 a $15 charge....I thought it was only $15.00 per month? You will then want to see how many active gold memberships you have, and if you have more than one follow the tutorial to cancel an existing subscription. Finally, in the client section, you may file a support ticket for a refund of this month's order, however, I believe you will not be able to get refunds for previous months but it still may be worth trying.
