Two years ago I had to verify my identity on my account which they wouldn't accept called them and talked for an hour to find out they simply don't want me to own a paypal account because of a few chargebacks. Anyways you should get your SSN and all that other good shit and fax it over to them. In 2005 they refunded me for an ebay scam, and then recharged me 2 weeks later so I ended up getting $200 back then owing them $200... fuck them. Most notably the creator of Minecraft (Notch) when he was grassroots, had hundreds of thousands of dollars funneling to him, so they thought he was a criminal and locked his account funds for weeks on end.
