6. Please tell us about the incident: So I'm fixing some settings on my new laptop's CS:S install. Lady tells me that some new admin had gagged her, so I started looking into it. She had tried asking for a campfire day, which is them all sitting around talking about their feelings (aka a jokey weird day), so she said there is a fire in the firepit. It can be seen as implying promoting fire, so PlahStayson gagged her. I tried to explain to him that we usually only punish someone for promoting fire if they are either explicitly saying it or are spamming something that implies it and his only response was, "If you don't like it report me." It was only a one round gag so I let it go, but Lady was understandably upset so she called PlahStayson "a fucking idiot", not the best thing but lord knows admins have been called worse, and instead of warning her he immediately moved to a 3 round gag. I tried to inform him that we are to warn players before punishing them for something like that and he refuses to respond. I say something along the lines of, "you aren't going to respond?" and all he has to say again is "Like I told you before if you have a problem report it."

Sigh... We all know that lady has an extensive history of instigating and/or escalating trash talk in jailbreak.

 

A 3 round gag for calling an admin "a fucking idiot' is definitely not abuse, especially considering her history.

 

I know you probably feel obligated to "protect your girl"... but please, stop wasting our time.
