I would recommend only giving it too those who have admin in another server, or are HG/HT members, not friend of's, to sorta keep out the riff raff. bort Posted December 29, 2008 Share Posted December 29, 2008 there are 3 levels of admin on custom: "Level1" "Level2" "Admin" what i have been doing is usually giving "level1" to regulars, "level2" to HG members, & "Admin" to HT members. of course, for each person it is case-by-case. it depends if they have been with us a long time, if they have a history of being a good admin on other servers, if they have abuse reports on them, etc. you have "Admin", so you should theoretically be unaffected by ppl with Level1 & Level2. DJ2 Posted December 29, 2008 Share Posted December 29, 2008 Custom is supposed to be "fun" that is why we have fun commands enabled on that server and not on any others. there are only a few people with any immunity in that server (Homer Clark and me) and so there is going to be abuse in that server that is considered acceptable to an extent. I mean really... freeze bomb eachother a feww times and laugh about it... if it continues then ask to stop, then file a complaint, losing admin in that server is easy and I have no problem taking admin from even HT members that are consistantly a problem (ask Cal Inc). I will be back from vacation on Jan 5th and will be more active again. Until then please get along and play nice or I will just ma_ban #whiners. I sat in there 2day for 10 min, then 1 by 1 people joined. What I ment was that I don't see any1else trying to get the server populated.
