Well I was playing as a SWAT and the mayor said that he had been threatened so he wanted cops to go and protect him. I was leaving to let some other cops protect him and then I head back for a sec. Cookie comes down there and demotes all the cops down there WITHOUT giving a warning to leave and go patrol. (Since I was not recording at the time there is not really any proof but I was hoping that Kigen could check the logs and see that he demoted 4-7 people, one after another.)
