6. Please tell us about the incident: Me and a friend were hosting a musical chairs event in large shop. There was going to be a cash reward to the winner. Something to change things around. In the middle of all of this, Francesco begins to lockpick our shop from the inside, so we let him out. When we lock the door again, he starts to break into my shop. Accsick was there and did nothing. When he comes in I shoot him out of the chair and tell him he can't break into shops and to get out. When he leaves, I got back to the small event we were hosting. Francesco comes back and shoots me with a deagle, right infrot of Accsick. The first youtube video shows me using the drive feature showing Accsick staring right at me and Francesco when he kills me. When I come back and ask Accsick why he didn't do anything, he told me that he didn't see it, when he clearly did. The second video was recorded with fraps, but doesn't have a demo to go along with it. I don't think anything can be done about it, but I posted it anyway.

As Accsick kidnaps me, you can see Matt Norris, a SWAT start firing in the beginning. He clearly saw Accsick shoot another cop at1:25 and was coming after him. However, Accsick puts away his uzi and takes out his admin stick and begins to say "What are you doing it wasn't me." When the SWAT goes away, because he trusts most of the moderator's word, Accsick pulls out his uzi once more and continues with the hostage situation.
