FrZy^
1. Who the question is directed to: Any Upper Management that can answer. 2. What the question is: Okay, So i was banned from HG permenately for "trolling". I bought a brand new account to be able to play in HG again. I joined a HG 10man and encountered nite. He asked if i was "evading" and i replied no? as i was not sure what he ment by evading. He said then this is your only warning do not troll. And i did as he said. A few minutes following i get a ban on my second account. The one i bought recently. Permenately for "evading". What i want to know is how is it evading. I paid for another CSS game to play on. join and get perm banned. Is there really a rule on this? Where are the rules because i want to read them and see for myself. In short, the getting a new account if caught hacking is generally used if someone wants to come back to our community, but we don't want members being known as hackers. New steam ID = new identity. Unfortunately that doesn't always carry over for Social based bans. Basically, and correct me if I'm wrong, you were banned for being a dick, repeatedly. The ban is listed as permanent but it was told to you to come talk to the admin in a month and they'd see about lifting it. The point of punishment is to prevent the action in the future, which obviously isn't working...thus the longer punishment. We obviously can't just allow a troll to pay for a new steam ID and then be back in games, screwing stuff up again. The point here is to learn your lesson, so take the month and let it fully sink in that we don't appreciate the crap that you're banned for, and don't ever do it again. I would just like to say that i was banned for "trolling" in nite's terms. but i honestly never ment to "troll" so im sorry it came out like that.. May both accounts be unbanned in that months time? And if its a month and i could be unbanned, is it possible to change it from permenent to 1 months time?
