6. Please tell us about the incident. TF2 is not a game that I know alot about so idk if there is something that gives you godmode or something like that.

In the demo it clearly shows myself and other teammates trying to kill Luigi but we cant, I asked him earlier if he was using god and he never replied.

 

(Sorry if this isn't abuse and what Luigi had is part of the game, Im still a noob lol.)

This isn't abuse. This is an admin plugin Dynas and I installed that gives my advisors and Staff access to godmode on the server. The_Monkey and GodlyLuigi go into the trade servers when they are bored and turn on godmode just to see people's reactions.
