Forgetful Predator
I have a problem and I have been told that you are the person to go. I recently plugged in a pair of earphones into my computer and one ear stopped working. It worked fine earlier in the day. It hasnt been exposed to any water and to be sure it wasnt the earphones I plugged in a pair of headphones and it as well the headphones only worked in one ear but in the earphones the right ear worked and the headphones only the left ear worked. If it helps I had a set of TurtleBeaches Eain earforce PLa that broke earlier that worked previously in the week but just the 2 outputs from the headphones broke. I have talked to a person to see what was the problem and he suggested it was something to do with the jack. Maybe the earphones / headphones when plugged into the jack got messed up and when plugged into another device only worked in one ear. Could it possibly be something in my computer as well like a virus or something?. If it helps my laptop is a Lenovo ideaPad Z570. Any help would be appreciated. enigma#
Plug in the headphones into another device and see if it does the same thing if it doesn't, it may be the plug if it does, it's probably your headphones.... (i.e. replace or buy new)
