GoatFeathers
Building a new rig this month. Any ideas on good motherboards. No specific ideas at the moment. Just looking to get anything good thrown at me. Thanks! Goat.
Sekai
Gigabyte and MSI are looking to be the good brands of the z87 platform so far.
Dark
Motherboards are just motherboards, doesn't really matter which one you get as long as it can support the stuff you're putting into, and as long as it's not to cheap. Gigabyte motherboards are really decent in price, you can also put a good amount of decent things in them as well. I've always picked gigabyte motherboards because of price. "Gaming motherboards" don't really mean much, any decent one is fine, and does the job. That's just my opinion though.
Sonick
I've got an ASRock Xtreme4 z77... Love it and the price on ASRock is pretty good as well.
Guest The_Monkey
I've got an ASRock Xtreme4 z77... Love it and the price on ASRock is pretty good as well. I was going to suggest the same. The ASRock extreme series has been rock solid, and very overclockable on the intel side.
