Zezima Posted August 3, 2013 Share Posted August 3, 2013 For the past couple of days in JB I have noticed at times these massive ping spikes up to like 1000 ping. It causes quite a bit of lag and makes it unable for me to play. I originally thought I may need to update my drivers but it turned out that isn't the case, my internet connection seems to be fine but I was wondering if anyone else was experiencing this issue. It happens when I'm running my HLDJ and when I'm not running it so I know that HLDJ has nothing to do with it. Anyone know how to stop lag spikes? I haven't spent a lot of time in other CSS servers today to notice if it's anything else but I'm going to be expanding my basis of testing tomorrow. Then tell them you know someone else (give them a name) has a much better connection lagfree. Delink Posted August 4, 2013 Share Posted August 4, 2013 Do you think it's an ISP problem? Well if it only happens on JB i would say no, then its a bug on ur end. If it a problem on all/more servers i would retry reinstalling + disable steam cloud sync thiing. If you still have the problem, call ur ISP and ask if there has been made any changes or bug in ur area, because you are having the problem above.
