Im T-Locked Or T-Listed [Appeal]

I was T-Listed or T-Locked for baiting on CSS Jailbreak. I don't know how to make a 'proper' appeal, it wasn't explained to me, so I'm just going to ask here to be privelidged to join CT again.

 

I was T-Listed/Locked for baiting, but when I !queue it says 'Freekillers cannot join CT'
