If you are raiding/defending, you may only kill the enemy if they are on the property. Also if they are near the property and are posing a threat. A threat constitutes having a gun in there hand or being in the raiding/basing gang. Everyone has their own definition of "near". I think this needs to be clearing up for everybody. rjross2013 Posted August 13, 2013 Share Posted August 13, 2013 its honestly pretty clear, i mean it is common sence if your on the road then its not near but the sidewalk in front or behind is, and i think the main part of the problem (well that i have seen) is people shoot unarmed ppl near their base, even if they do warn them to get away if the person is un-armed then you cannot shoot them for being "near" the base. jus my opinion and i posted this here because like a derp i missed the open meeting :-(((((( 1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
