I believe a new car was added More I just can't to think of lol ;D I suggest you just compare them your self, there's a lot of new things changed. Sub's 2 was removed Old inn, hersh and a few other places were re done Power plant is gone MTL changed a bit For the content just enable all download it will download the stuff automatically.
