5. PROOF: attached is the demo. I looked back and couldn't find a 1 round warning and i couldn't figure out how to count how many people where on at that moment but maybe a DA has some way of finding out.

6. Please tell us about the incident:

I was afk but i now demo when im afk because i keep getting kicked all the time when I know there isn't 44 players + on the server and sometimes there isn't even a kick message or correct kick message so i'm going to report everyone that does it incorrectly. Anyways Bill kicked all specs, I went back and watched the demo 3 times i couldn't find where he gave all spec a 1 round warning nor did he give any reason for the kick. I don't have anything against you Bill but I would love to gain some rep while i'm eating without constantly being kicked.

listen im sorry about kicking all spec, i talked to icon about it, and he said next time. do !kick @spec and give the reason next time. im sorry for kicking you, and the other spectators, to be honest it was pretty careless of me for doing that without giving the reason, anyway again im sorry

Yes, and according to your demo he did give a warning, you just missed it, cus you were afk.
