They cannot be something you do to make money AKA your job or "chilling with friends" if its a hobby you do with your friends like.. I dunno Dungeons and Dragons that is perfectly okay. They cannot involve a screen or anything as such. Example of a bad one is (PC gaming, watching TV). Mine are: Wood working, reading, exercise, playing guitar and bass with or without others and finally taking walks with the doogie! How bout youz? Cooking, trying new recipes or twist them to get another outcome. And most recently I started doing dog agility. (With the dog jk....) I can and I like sleeping for literally a day and a half, maybe two days, and I'll wake up feeling all hyped up from all the weird dreams I get. I have this hobby of drawing out whatever I remember from my dreams. On a more serious note, I player guitar occasionally and I enjoy exploring and riding my crappy bike around town.
