sharp_shooter Posted August 26, 2013 Share Posted August 26, 2013 I'm just wondering because sometime in the next three months I'm headed up to Steinway in New york to purchase a new piano (when I say I purchase I mean my parents because that's a bloody expensive instrument). I know a decent amount about those type of pianos but I want to see if there's anyone here that's an expert that could offer suggestions. I'm currently looking at a 1912 baby grand to be refurbished using non-Steinway parts (reason is hard to explain for non Steinway parts but they encourage it).
