Gareth Bale, welsh international, at the age of 24 is supposedly being sought after by Spanish giants Real Madrid for a price tag of around £88-£125 million. Tottenham have said their self that they are reluctant to sell bale to Real Madrid until they find a suitable replacement. My personal thoughts on this are it is very unlikely but you can never know after the sale of Bale (if it does happen) Spurs will have more than enough money to make a squad that can seriously threaten the top squads like Manchester united, Manchester city and Chelsea.

However if Real Madrid do decide to buy bale it will screw up the Liga BBVA even more, the gap between Real Madrid and Barcelona in world talent compared to the rest of the table is huge. and with the signing of Gareth Bale this will make the liga bbva into more of a 2 horse race.

 

So what are your thoughts on this?
