NOTE TO ALL BEFORE YOU LAUGH AT ME:

 

This is before I learned really how to drive a fast car like this.... so when you see my shot at driving it for the FIRST time don't be to harsh....

 

 

 

 

This is a 1994 Thunderbird Super Coupe

 

Its a 3.8 Super Charged V6

3.23 drag gears in back.

We beat a brand new mustang GT on the interstate. Guy got kinda pissed b/c it looked like he just bout it, he had 30 day tags.

 

09 Mustang GT with 4.8 302 HO V8 - $40,000

Ferrari Sunglasses - $50

Wash n' Wax for Mustang - $25

 

To get beat by a 94 thunderbird that cost maybe $7,000 while trying to speed down the interstate showing off your new ride. - Priceless.

You have a lot to learn daniel son. Fast is relative and thats cool what you and your dad are doing, but you might want to get it out of your head that the thunderbird is "fast" Also, the i paid xxx$ vs you paid xxx$ is ricer math.

 

GT's have a 4.6L 281, single overhead cam. Cobras have a 4.6 dual overhead cam. Plus the GT starts at closer to 28k brand new, but its okay, you're young.

 

5.0's aka 302's were in the 80's, early 90's mustangs. Once of the best motors ford ever built, and I am a ford hater ;)

Actually in the 90's early 00's somwere in there the GT's were a 4.8 or somthing like that. And I just didn't wanna look up the exact liter.

 

Btw I work at an Auto Parts store. Don't under estimate me.

Third generation topped out at 4.9 L v8 SOHC on the high end, methinks. But that was the 80s and 90s. Fourth gen topped at 4.6.
