I'm sure this has been said, but I didn't see a post for it so, Instead of selecting zombies by location, select zombies completely random.

Pros: Balances selection process for zombies, possibly selecting even some of the players that have been on the server for awhile, helping zombies out a little.

Cons: No one will know who is getting selected.

Also keeping it at afk aren't selected for zombies.
