Delink Posted November 5, 2013 Share Posted November 5, 2013 I suck at portioning Next time, take a plastic bag, fill it and cut one of the edges kind like this. And let it spread/slow to the sides/form it self, or use a cookie/muffin form. he only thing I did wrong was forget to put the brown sugar in, but all I had to do was beat it in the dough until it dissolved inside. True! the sguar will "melt" when it get in contact/mixed in with the dough. My next batch should look better. Looks forward to see the next portion/batch then!
