Ok so, With my old PC when i was playing everything i saw was HQ.

 

Now im running on a Gaming PC, but everything on a distance is Low Quality but when i get closer the quality gets better.

I cant find how to fix this, i want everything i see to be HQ no matter how close i am.

 

Anyone knows how to fix?
