I said Hi digga, which is a nickname for a fellow HG member deadlydigger. For this, I was kicked for implied racism even though I explicity stated that I was not trying to be racist, and that it was a nickname for deadlydigger, because his name was too long. When I logged back in to ask how it was implied racism. I got banned because I said: "So would it be implied racism if someone said hey digger (and the username happens to be digger)", and again, it was for implied racism.

Alright lets clean this up a bit to make things easy on magic. No implied racism is allowed. The word you used that caused all of this is often used as an alternative to the "N" word which is strictly banned on HG servers. So instead you wanted to push your luck and call you friend a nickname that is a way around the system. Doesn't work like that. You come back into the server after I kick you and say it again obviously not getting that it isn't allowed. You obviously don't get it that when an admin kicks you from a server YOU DONT COME BACK AND REPEAT THE EXACT SAME THING YOU JUST DID. I followed the system of warn>kick>ban which for racism related things is usually a kick because they know what they're doing. Unless it was the kkk thing, he just got straight banned for that. Here's my additional proof. Maybe next time you wont come back onto the server and argue with me over what is and isn't racist. You won't win that battle ever.

With all the proof I submitted in the ban. Plus it was a 2 hour ban, you shouldn't be complaining over something so small. I could've extended it much more.

 

Also I like the parts in your proof where you fail to show what you said that resulted in me kicking/banning you.

Ok I am just going to say this, please note that ZS is up where jailbreak is in terms of population. We have a lot of trolls. I do not blame sharp for kicking you. If one person sees this become a common thing, others will follow and try to sound racist, but not actually doing it. And with Deadly Digger's name already borderline bad, it is best you do not use that nickname as I warned him a couple nights ago to not experiment with his name. Try not to let this happen again, thanks.
