Using voice_loopback 1 and the Voice tab under Options, I can tell its only in jailbreak. It sounds staticy/shitty/quiet and it usually makes other people's audio and/or mics cut out. I have the Plantronics Gamecom 780's. If anyone thinks of anything to try other than getting a new headset (because there is no real reason I should NEED a new headset) please feel free to post.
