You know better and I know you have been an admin for a long time so still follow the procedures. Second of all in his chat logs he does apologize about the n word so harm there unless he does it again from here on out. Third of all his latest ban was from 8 months ago so I'm giving him the benefit of the doubt that he has learned to play better in our servers.
