So that means not Culture, but race... Since most of the admins I see saying someone is racist to often that really isn't racist, but a Culturelist. Such as Rednecks, Jews, and Muslims. Jews and Muslims are religious groups not a race; Rednecks/Hillbillys are just Country kids not a race, which is a culture. But You can still ban them for Disrespect for like 2 hours at least...
