Partycat
Sorry for asking so many questions but I want to be sure so I have the right message. If players are b/sing over the microphone consistently is that considered the spam/unnecessary usage, even if nobody cares? I don't really see a need to do anything while everyone's getting along, but if someone joins up and starts complaining about the racket then it should be enforced? (CSS DM btw) I don't want to be inconsistent, and get people upset. I have another player I want to ask a question about at their request - they hit the suicide button frequently in DM to "get a better spawn position". I contend it's spamming since it plays out the quake "humiliation" sound every time he hits it, but he says it's gameplay. I don't see any purpose to this in DM especially since it drives his score low, so I'm thinking he's just being an ass but I don't really know. I wanted to get the official word so I don't make something up incorrect. Thanks
KarmaOfPain
If people are singing over the microphone consistently then you can mute just make sure to warn them first. If people are hitting the suicide button frequently you can ban them for that, just make sure to warn-->kick-->ban. Also, make sure you have a demo for either of these cases.
