This doesn't guarantee shit. If you'll notice the last waste of peoples signatures back when people wanted congress to build their own death star (for only 25,000 signatures). The more shit that keeps going into this system the more people will be needed to sign it to garner the Presidents attention. I'm not saying he doesn't deserve to be deported but when you're given a green card to come into another country and you break our laws you don't deserve to stay here.
