It's actually a Dark Seer cooldown reduction! : ) Not alot of big changes on my hero pool tough, just some minor buffs and nerfs. No mana for blink dagger, and ward sharing is smooth! Not only does it helps for heroes like Axe or Sand King to unload their combo during team fights, but it also helps those heroes to 'flash' farm (to a certain degree) much easier.
