Guest The_Monkey
HTML stands for Hyper Text Markup Language. It is a markup language. Similar to the languages used in old dot matrix printers with word processors. To try and understand HTML without understanding the semantics of how to build a basic site would be ludicrous. This is because certain bits of markup can only appear within other bits of markup. This is due to the doctype. If you are familiar with XML, then you are familiar with what a doctype is. HTML has its own doctypes. W3 schools is the best place, IMO, as mentioned above. You can always hit me up in TS3 if you need help with something. If I think this is hard CSS would deff be hard. Lol. Yeah and the website building part would make sense cause that's all that came up on Google. And I'll hit you up if I need some help, thanks I appreciate it.
