Personally I like Days more than Weeks, I enjoyed both of the movies but Days was just more interesting to me.

I hated weeks but i think that has more to do with my hate for children and less the dumber plot and setup. Also days was more intense where i found weeks to be extremely boring more than half the time.

Both are great movies, But I have to go with 28 weeks later, since that chick was fucking hot.

Days was much more psychological and had more political examinations underpinning it which as a pretentious film student I can appreciate, and Weeks' opening scene was bloody scary. Both good films in their own rights but Days takes the cake for me quality and consistency-wise.
