I have trusted these guys for years and if you call them they can get you certain batch numbers for cpus with unlocked multipliers. They used to sell amazing memory with only the best hand picked Samsung or Micron IC's as well back in the day. Edit : they actually sold out of their unlocked cpus and they mainly sell mechanical keyboards now. I will have to look around TankGuys What does an unlocked cpu mean?
