The only thing I could think of right now would be zip ties. You could craft zip ties and the make price would be about $500-1000 depending on if the owner wants to add this or not. When you have zip ties equipped (in your hand) you face someone and hold E on them. Tying someone up will take 10 seconds it will be displayed on their screen too as "John Doe Is Tying You Up" or something like that. When the victim is tied up, he cannot equip weapons, use his fists, or manipulate his inventory. When someone is tied up, it will display "Tied Up" above their head. To untie someone, bring out your fists and hold E on the person, untying someone will take 10 seconds and it will also display on their screen "John Doe Is Untying You". [Edit] Hostages will not be able to untie each other when tied up. I would love for this to be added because it would improve RP very much in my opinion.
