Cod : Ghosts Problem, Pls Help!!!

Hi guys, i'm french

 

Ok so I have a huge problem with my COD : ghosts on my PS3 for about 2 weeks now and I can't find any solution ....

 

When I try to play online, my game crashes (then black screen) or it goes on the loading screen then freezes. I can't play online anymore...

 

Here's what I tried to do ...

 

- uninstall, then reinstall

- restore system file (ps3)

- Delete saved data

- and more...

 

I can play online on BF3 and my other games... I don't know whats up with ghosts... Helpppp please

Well that looks retarded as hell.

 

Have you tried all these steps:

 

1. Clear Cache

-open web browser

-press the triangle button

-go to tools

-go to clear cache

-(repeat first three steps)

-clear cookies

 

2. Delete Tittle Update and DLC

-go to game

-go up to the "game data utility" folder

-locate game folders

-delete game folder (will have both tittle update and DLC in the folder)

 

3. Power Cycle

- Shut down the gaming console/PC.

- Switch off the modem followed by the router and also unplug their power cables.

- Wait for 30 seconds.

-Plug the power cords back into the modem and the router but don’t switch them on yet.

-First turn on the modem and wait for it to initialize (let the lights become stable).

-Then switch on the router and let the blinking lights stabilize.

- Now turn on the gaming console/PC connected to the network

 

4. Re-download the Title Updates and DLC's

 

You might also want to try to use a wired connection as it guarantees the stability of the bandwidth that you are receiving in your network.

 

You can update your case using the following instructions.

 

1. Navigate to http://support.activision.com

2. Click ‘Login’ at the top and enter your username/password

a. If it’s your first time logging into the support site, click on ‘Forgot Password’ to configure your account

3. Click on ‘My Support’

4. Click on ‘My Cases’

5. Click on the Case number you wish to update 03178247

6. Add any comments, or use the ‘Browse…’ button under Attachments to attach a file
