BranHorse
Overclock? Ok so I am going to start with what I usually do when guys tell me they want to make their pc's more silent via watercooling or using a AIO unit. This idea is false. It is not quieter unless you spend a solid amount on a decent pump and fans. AIO units have neither of these. I use a performance pump and at 100% the damn thing is louder then my server deltas. Get a new air heatsink with push pull config and run some silent noctua fans and call it good. The extra 2 degrees you will gain from running a AIO unit isn't worth the price unless your super sold on the look. The pumps go out in about a year and the company that makes the pumps (ASTEK) is a shit company. For ssd (depending on what size) I would get http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=9SIA2W01AZ5550 Can go larger if you want the space. Cooling I would grab http://www.sidewindercomputers.com/prblmeuncpuc.html and throw these http://www.frozencpu.com/products/14571/fan-948/Noctua_NF-F12_120_x_25mm_PWM_Fan.html?tl=g36c365s936 x2 in push pull on the heatsink and it will be more quiet then any AIO set up known to man. If looks are an issue because noctua still uses stupid colors then look for some other fans, but they will be louder. Case fans can be replaced with these fans also or other after market fans. Just hook them up to a controller or the mobo to turn down in the bios. If you want to spend your money on the ssd and venture into actual watercooling then that is an option at your price range. But you will need to learn some stuff first. -if this is sloppy my bad on phone waiting for doctor....
