Is Buying A Knife Worth It?

Today I was thinking about buying a Gut Knife Fade Factory New cause Blank won't buy me one. Is buying a knife really worth it?

If you do buy cases and keys constantly, yes. I know people who spent 500+ dollars on CS:GO but have no knife. When really with all that money they could have bought a knife instead.

That depends on you personally. If you want to spend $200+ for a cosmetic in a video, more power to you. I'd say buying knife > trying to unbox one.

Well, it's worth it compared to unboxing one, but I don't know if it could ever really be considered "worth it". Every time I look at them I think of all the other stuff I could buy instead of a $300 knife. Of course, if you like the game and the knife enough to pay however much it is for it, then it's your call.

Then again, all skins are just cosmetic. Knife skins are the same thing, but more expensive than most skins.

Knives (depending on which one) can sort of act like a commodity. Sit on it for long enough, could go down in value or could sky rocket.

 

If you don't have bills to pay, or anything else that's really important, go for it man.

 

edit: If you think the money could be spent more productively or for a better use then don't, all depends on you.

If it makes you happy, I don't see why not. Some people spend tons of money on their hobbies because they enjoy those things. If having a special knife makes you enjoy CSGO, more power to you.

buying yourself a knife is a lot more worth it if you want it just go for it if you have the money to spend good to spend money on things you like or well for me
