The lead had died as you can see in the console shots. The next lead then told them to freeze and later to return to knife arena. He moved away from knife arena toward me to pick up an awp, then as he turned to go back, I shot him for detouring to get the gun. He then slayed me which was itself wrong and almost immediately after decided to upgrade it to a tlist. He jumped the gun on a kill that wasn't even a freekill simply because he was the one being shot. You can see from searching his ID in the hgbans list that he has an alarmingly high number of tlists handed out already despite only having played for less than a week now (by his forum logger). I think this tlist should be overturned and this admin should be looked into for how he is handing out punishment.

He would say in chat that I had freekilled earlier (despite this being my first round as CT) with no proof of me doing so, and tried to use that to justify the tlist. I'm not sure how he can know I freekilled earlier when it was my first round and he was alive throughout the round, but if I had I should have been slain earlier, correct? That argument is flawed in so many ways, it almost defeats itself.
