Wow. Didn't know rules were so hard to follow.

23. Do not abuse OOC or advert. This means do not complain in chat about issues that occur in the server. Also do not use advert for anything other than in character advertising or threats to the mayor.

Then he should have been more specific. The matter of the fact is the whole server was warned and people were banned before him and he continued to escalate the situation.

Obviously not. We will see him in 43 min! Hopefully he will learn from this. He should have known, however it was violating a rule.
