lead died, he freekills one person then new lead picks it up still no orders and he kills 2 more people.

The only thing this screenshot can prove is that he freekilled one player between leads, if there were a demo of this it could prove whether there were orders when he killed the next two players. Unfortunately this isn't enough evidence.
