So Hanno comes on and starts trolling, changes his name to obito and asks for a trade creds for rep. Me and this other person both sent him the creds and recieved no rep in return. He then changes his name back and confess's to scamming thinking he has had a successful troll and wants to let everyone know he scammed people.

Can he get banned please
