Well basically i told him you can't kidnap the mayor before 15 minutes but he was persistent with his organisation [Columbian Cartel] and kept pointing a gun so i guess why not just post a ban report and get it done overwith :P

Proof is inconclusive for many reasons. Demo is way to short to determine what happened so try to have longer demoes in situations like this next time, thanks!
