Reviewed with other admins, agreed it was prop wasting, and not necessarily shitcading. Was told By Tiberian that he was Zlisted for shitcading yesterday. Gave 1 minute to unnail, did not comply. Asking for no extension as it wasnt a shitcade but was prop wasting.

I see no need for him to be blacklisted from the provided image, the barricade is fine and I really don't see any prop wasting. Prop wasting consists of just having the stuff nailed down on the walls and floor doing absolutely nothing with useful props. The barricade provided is fine, maybe not the best you can make but doesn't need a blacklist.
