We raided him about 20 minutes before this happened, so I am assuming he did this out of rage.

The reason I threatened him is because he constantly kept following us and ramming the car.

I was stuck and rammed his car so I could get out and he pointed a gun at me and threatend me so I used my right to pull a gun on his ass 30s later and shot the car and tried getting them all but got killed. Then I spawned and master for some reason came out of fucking nowhere (i dont know why) and started spawnkilling me (admin cowboy saw that). But I did it because Collin pointed a Uzi at me and no later then 30s later I tried to kill him because of it. I had a right to do what I did and did because there was nothing in the rules that said I couldnt. I believe the rules are in my favor and I felt threatened that they might try to kill me later.


I rest my case.

I feel it is important to mention there is no solid evidence I broke NLR because in the new life I was given the right. How is it any different then in Empire if you get a gun pointed at you and walk outside, loadup and go back in? Thats not against the rules so why is this?

Like I told a admin earlier, what life?

Never pointed an Uzi at you, you can see that in the demo, also we got in the car and drove away. You came around the corner and attacked, that is when I attacked you with an Uzi.

As for "Master" I have no idea what you're talking about.

" I felt threatened that they might try to kill me later. " Not true, the only reason we threatened was because you were ramming our car and following us for now reason. You were not 'stuck' you could have turned left @ the drug dealer or back out at an angle.

In the demo, Before Collin gets in the SUV, at tick 667 you can see Collin holding a Uzi while on the sidewalk in front of the Red Barracuda Store pointing it at my car saying how hes going to kill me if I touch the car again.

I did not point it at your car or you ever, I ran around the car so you didn't floor it forward. Holding an uzi is different from pointing it.

I had valid reason, you kept ramming our car and following us around for no reason. I equiped it I did not aim it at you. Huge difference.

Then why didn't you get out and attack then instead of rushing across town and shooting us up? I believe 30 seconds had passed by, by the time you got over there. Also, if you were targeting just me, then why did you attempt to murder everyone(killing some)? Not sure if they had weapons but they sure didn't pose any threat to you at all. <- RDM. :)

He must of had it equipped then and had it out because you shot the car and made us all get out. Really had no reason to shoot at us anyways, you attacked first.
