So I raided base josh and 2 other guys in the penthouse. Killed them all (you can see the body). I also killed the police officer and the swat. So, technically ; everything should be fine. I was waiting for the coke to grow and I was lucky to get it all since Base Josh broke NLR and got in.

Actually, after collecting the pots, I wanted to drop empty pots back there, but I did not have the time because he came back.

He waiting out his NLR already, was way past 300 secs by the time he came back, he did right in waiting for you to finish nor did he try to kill you and you ran away.
