Watched in slow motion in drive. He was driving perfectly fine on the right side of the road until he came to your car. I can see it as an accident but I see it more as intentional since he had to move over to kill you, his rate of decay to the left wasn't enough to turn him to kill you. I think 2 hours should be enough for this instance.
