User fail rped, miss-used ooc, and continued to disrespect me as a player even after asking to stop, and made comments regarding to in-rl harming me.

This is all in cause of me arresting him, he came back and saying " I did the crime I did the time, Now im gonna do the crime again" proceeding to punch my car and run off screaming don't arrest me blah blah and give me a ride to other players. I rp stating if it happens again I will arrest, and he runs over and continues. I warrant and arrest. He goes off.
