I wanted to post a ban request on him, but you already did. I'll add what I have to this ban request. By the way, he already got banned for propblocking : http://hellsgamers.com/hgbans.php?i=102759-leroy-jankins (same STEAM ID)

So here's the story. I got it in several demos because everytime he did something wrong I stopped the demo and started a new one. I did not know he was going to do shit for 45 mins.

Here it is : Kyle raided us at subs #4. We killed him. He then became a cop and started loitering. After several warning, I killed him. (I started the demo too late for you to see the warning though) He also was the only cop.

He also warranted me for having guns INSIDE my property. Since Kyle does not care about rules that much, he came back after his death (breaking NLR) but I was not warranted anymore. (NLR = warrant = 5 mins) So he decided to shoot all of us inside the house. At this point, a second cop joined in and the second cop came for backing him up.

The second cop came. I waited for my NLR as you can see on this SS : http://i.imgur.com/EDWSKMs.jpg (19 seconds left). I killed the second cops who was backing him up. I don't know why this demo does not work for me. You can try ; sv_cheats 1 and mat_proxy 2. Play it slowly and you'll see a cop car going out of subs. (It's him) You can also see the dude saying "they leavin" in the demo and the screenshot I just showed you. Do you know why this bright dude was leaving ? To become a SWAT. So he warranted me for asasault and then left his police job to become a SWAT and he came back to arrest me because his own warrant was still on.

again, this demo lags. You can do it with sv_cheats 1 and mat_proxy 2. You'll see him arrest me and you'll see the dialog box with his name.

Anyways, I know this was not the easiest situation to understand. I really hoped I'd record it in one shot. But I did not. Sorry for that. Hope he'll get the ban he deserves. Next time, I won't stop the demo.

If you have any clues why the last 2 demos did not work, would be great to fix that. Thanks !

Most of these demos that I viewed dont even show breaking rules
1) because they are started so early when somethign happens making decisions hard to make or impossible.
2) demo doesnt work
3) lucky balboa you killed him on the side walk, you cant kill people that loiter, it can be a kickable and banable offence if repeated but all I saw was you killing him for standing outside, basically RDM. These demos are viewed in different perspectives take for example kylecopskilling where he shoots you all at apartments from the outside, since the demo was started so early theres nothing to analyze but the simple its a shoot out but theres no way to find out what the cause was because it was started early. Disapproved due to lack of proof.
