Yeah, I got him with mighty muscle because he wouldn't leave me alone and kept running upto me and trying to jump on me, I gave him fair warning, told him why I was going to do it, and did it. He never said a word or walked away. I gave him 10 seconds.

I dont feel this ban is fair as he was pestering me and trying to piss me off by repeatedly jumping on me. I do believe loitering is against the rules and I feel he was doing that to me. I told him to leave me alone, he didnt, I gave him 10 seconds, boosted up on mighty and killed him. I honestly dont know if punching with mighty muscle is punch whoring but it happens all the time to me and I have never heard of it being punch whoring.

Lastly, I do know the rules, I will bend them sometimes (loopholes) because I have never seen anyone get yelled at for it or sometimes I will break them (usually I know when I do). This time, I think it was more of a bend of the rules although it kinda says I can kill people loitering me.

Alright I'll address each part of your ban that you typed out.
Ban is fair, you RDMed
Loitering is for property and for the police to handle
Warned to kill him yet you had no valid RP reason to

You don't know the rules, you likely haven't even read them.

From Kigen at the bottom of the rules *Any loopholes and discrepancies will NOT be accepted. If you think you're getting around a rule ask a DL, DA or a Mod first.
You have never bothered to ask any of us if there's a loophole or if something's ok. You've been banned enough to know what RDM and racism is. I can personally guarantee your next ban will be much longer.

I find loopholes and ask first, than use them. Like the own all the shop loophole. Usually ill ask a admin before I use one.

I ask meek and giant sometimes, I asked cowboy about owning all the store, but thought it was kinda bs and asked on the forums.

About the read the rules, I do read them a lot, I answer questions about rules, I know all of them, its just if I play by them in the heat of the moment. Especially when a admin baits me or im pissed off.

You can't kill for loitering, like sharp_shooter just said it is the police's job to handle loitering not a citizens.
